Leadership Skills I with AIDT

On Wednesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 23, the Birmingham Business Alliance (BBA), in partnership with the Alabama Workforce Training Center (AIDT), invites you to attend Leadership Skills I with AIDT. This is the first part of a three-part spring series designed to provide cost-effective leadership training for your organization’s team.  

Leadership Skills I is the introductory leadership development course designed to equip emerging and experienced leaders with the essential skills required to lead people effectively in today’s diverse and fast-changing workplace. Participants will explore core leadership principles while developing practical tools they can immediately apply to their teams and organizations. 

 

The class is $25 for BBA members and $50 for non-members, a nominal fee that covers breakfast and lunch for both days. Attendees who complete Leadership Skills I are encouraged to continue with Leadership Skills II and III to benefit from the full curriculum. By either attending these classes or spreading the word, you are assisting the BBA in strengthening the professional development of our workforce, which directly supports the Greater Birmingham Region’s five-year economic development strategy, Accelerate 2030.

The AIDT Leadership Skills Series Part #1 is a two-day event, happening Wednesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 23 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Birmingham Business Alliance. 

Pricing

Registration is $25 for members and $50 for non-members. Includes breakfast and lunch for Wednesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 23.
