First Round at Legacy Arena

Description

Step onto the court of connection at First Round, the Birmingham Business Alliance’s bimonthly networking series where meaningful relationships and great conversations are always in play. This elevated after-hours event brings together the business community and offers Birmingham Business Alliance members, guests and partners a relaxed, social setting to network and mingle — with the first round on us.  

This edition takes place at the BJCC Legacy Arena, where you’ll warm up with networking from 5 to 7 p.m. in the arena club before heading to the action to cheer on the Birmingham Squadron as they take on the Rip City Remix.  

Whether you’re looking to expand your network, meet potential partners, or simply enjoy an evening with fellow professionals, First Round is a full-court press on building new connections and making a gameplan for your business this year. Members attend free, and non-members can join the action for $25. All guests who attend networking are invited to stay for the game.  

Lace up, bring your business cards, and get ready to score new connections because the strongest teams aren’t built alone. Food and drinks will be available during the networking portion of the event. After the start of the game, food will be available for purchase at the concession stands throughout the arena.

Parking Details: Parking is available at the BJCC, which offers over 6,000 parking spaces. The Green, Pink, Red and Blue lots are recommended for events at the arena. ADA compliant parking is also available at the BJCC. It is recommended to arrive early before the start of the event to ensure a smooth parking experience. There is also street parking throughout the area, but parking fees could apply.
