Cheers to the New Year! 

On Wednesday, January 21 from 4 to 6 p.m. at The Fennec, we invite you to attend our Annual Chairman's Meeting, with title sponsors PNC Bank and Regions Bank. Participants will have the unique opportunity to hear from U.S. Chamber of Commerce Senior Vice President of Small Business Policy. 

Working with chambers of commerce and the U.S. Chamber's nationwide network, Sullivan harnesses the views of small businesses and translates that grassroots power into federal policies that bolster free enterprise and reward entrepreneurship. Sullivan leads the U.S. Chamber's Small Business Council, engaging those members on a regular basis to increase small business input and involvement in Chamber activities. 

Sullivan will also take part in a fireside chat with BBA President & CEO Steve Ammons, offering an in-depth look at Birmingham’s collaborative business ecosystem—from small businesses to mid-sized and large employers—and how the BBA’s coordinated, strategic efforts are advancing the region forward.

Additionally, guests will hear from the 2026 and 2027 BBA Chairman of the Board, Nick Willis, North & Central Alabama Regional President at PNC, and 2025 Chairman of the Board Joe Hampton, Spire Alabama & Mississippi President. Please join us for this event as we introduce our 2026 slate of Board of Directors and Executive Committee. 

Each year, the BBA’s Annual Chairman's Meeting provides a chance to reflect on the previous year and explore the opportunities and priorities ahead. Our vast business network is invited to join us at the Annual Chairman’s Meeting to get inspired, get connected and get activated. Don’t miss your chance to be in the room. 

Tickets are available to BBA members for $50 and $100 to non-members. Each ticket includes two drink tickets. Doors open at 3:30 p.m., with the program beginning promptly at 4:20 p.m. Following the program, we invite you to stay for networking and passed appetizers. We encourage guests to remain for the full experience.
